Bilateral Summit between Ukraine and the European Union that was scheduled for May 19 has been postponed to another date.

A source in the EU diplomatic circles told the Ukrinform’s own correspondent in Brussels.

"President of the European Council Donald Tusk and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko have discussed the issue during a telephone conversation recently. The reasons for the postponement lie in the technical domain," the source noted.

It should also be noted that a meeting of foreign ministers of NATO member countries as well as partners is scheduled to take place on May 19-20 in Brussels. Ukraine foreign minister Pavlo Klimkin is expected to participate in the meeting there.
