Stepan Kubiv appointed responsible for cooperation between Cabinet and Parliament

First Vice Prime Minister and Economy Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv has been appointed responsible for cooperation between the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada.
He stated this during today’s meeting of the Agenda-Setting Council, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"At the order of the Prime Minister and with approval of the Government, I have been tasked with effective work on behalf of the Government with Parliament," Kubiv said.
He stressed that cooperation would provide not only for participation in the meetings of the Agenda-Setting Council, but cooperation with lawmakers, heads of parliamentary committees and faction leaders as well.
