Shymkiv refuses to take up post in new Cabinet

Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmytro Shymkiv refused to work in the new Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Chairman of the faction Yuri Lutsenko said this to journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"He refused to go to the government," Lutsenko said, when asked whether Dmytro Shymkiv agreed to take up the post of the Vice Prime Minister for Reforms.

In addition, the MP noted that there would no such post in the new government because of refusal of Shymkiv.
