Lifting of sanctions against Russia is possible only after implementation of Minsk agreements - Presidents of Poland and Hungary
President of Poland Andrzej Duda and President of Hungary Janos Ader said this during a joint press conference in Budapest on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"The sanctions [against Russia] are not an entertainment tool; it is a legal tool, which is a peaceful response to the violation of international law. Before the start of discussions whether the sanctions are justified in the future or not, it is necessary to see whether causes of their introduction changes or not," Duda said.
The Hungarian leader said that the most important thing is implementation of the Minsk agreements. According to him, the unity of the European Union is the most important thing in the settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
