Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groisman said that so far he has not received any offers to take the post of Prime Minister.
He told a briefing in parliament, Ukrinform reports.
"When the new coalition is formed, it will determine who can become the premier or a member of the government who is capable to make changes, the need for which the people feel today. There will be certain time, negotiations, and now I have no proposals on this theme," replied the Speaker when he was asked whether he was offered to head the cabinet.
Information published by the media about his alleged acceptance of such proposals Groisman called "speculation or opinions voiced by the experts, including journalists."
However he assured that he is able to implement reforms citing his previous experience as mayor of Vinnytsia city.
