Finance Ministry plans to introduce quarterly income tax declaration

The Ukrainian Finance Ministry plans to introduce quarterly income tax declaration.
The text of a relevant draft order by the Finance Ministry has been posted on the website of Ukraine’s State Fiscal Service.
“The draft order has been elaborated in line with the law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 24.12.2015 “on amending the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the provision of balanced budget revenues in 2016”. The adoption of the normative act will ensure the bringing in compliance with the Law on Tax Declaration on income tax of companies,” read the report.
Thus, according to legislative amendments, the ministry offers to introduce quarterly income tax declaration.
