Normandy Four foreign ministers call on release of all captives by April 30 – Ayrault

Foreign Minister of France Jean-Marc Ayrault after almost five-hour talks with foreign ministers of the Normandy Four countries stated that all the ministers reached an agreement to call on the sides to free or exchange all captives by April 30, 2016.
The French foreign minister said this in the foreign ministry’s office, an own Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“We also called on the sides to free or exchange all illegally kept captives by April 30,” Jean-Marc Ayrault said.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, in turn, stated that the Ukrainian side made an important stress on the exchange of captives: “But what is happening now is no breakthrough this issue. We have managed to carry out a limited exchange of captives”.
