"DPR" announced plan to open first branch of Russian college in Donetsk city

The press service of the BBC Ukraine reports.

"On Thursday February 11 there will be an opening ceremony of the International Independent Ecological and Political University on campus of Donetsk Tuhan-Baranovsky National University of Economics and Trade. It will be the first branch of the Russian college in DPR," Donetsk news agency cites a representative from “the ministry of education of DPR."

But whether the Russian college enrolls students in the unrecognized republic is still unknown.
