Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has promised to appoint ambassadors to key countries in the near future.

He told a session of the Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs today while responding to questions of MPs why the key countries, in particular Belarus, Kazakhstan, Hungary, and others, have no ambassadors there for a year and even longer.

"In the near future you will see appointments of ambassadors to key countries", Klimkin said.

Meanwhile he has not specified the ambassadors to which countries will be appointed.
