Court hearing of Korban’s case put off until January 13

The Court of Appeal of Kyiv postponed consideration of the complaint against the ruling of the Dniprovsky District Court in Kyiv on extending the custodial term of Hennadiy Korban until January 13.
The relevant decision was made by the Court’s panel of judges, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"It is impossible to examine all the circumstances of the case, so the hearing is postponed until 11:00 January 13," presiding judge Denys Masenko said.
Hennadiy Korban, leader of the UKROP Party, was arrested on embezzlement, kidnapping and organized crime charges on October 31.
