Baloha, Dombrovsky no longer MPs

KYIV, July 3 /Ukrinform/. Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has announced the termination of powers of people's deputies Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovsky in connection with the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.

The speaker announced this at a morning session of the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday.

"In accordance with Paragraph 5, Article 124 of the Constitution, judicial decisions are binding on the entire territory of Ukraine. Therefore I give the order to cancel personal voting cards of Oleksandr Dombrovsky and Pavlo Baloha," Rybak said.

A reminder that on February 8, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine deprived people's deputies Baloha and Dombrovski of MP powers, recognizing invalid the election of the people's deputies in the counties Nos. 11 (Vinnytsia) and 71 (Zakarpattia region).
