President signs agreement with Malta on avoiding double taxation

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Malta on avoiding double taxation, the president’s press service reports. 

“President Petro Poroshenko signed the Law of Ukraine “On the ratification of the Convention between the governments of Ukraine and the Republic of Malta on avoiding double taxation and preventing tax evasion regarding taxes on income and the Protocol to it,” reads a report.

The law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on April 13, 2017.
