Turkey will never recognize Russia’s annexation of Crimea – Cavusoglu

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has once again stressed that Turkey will never recognize Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea.
He stated this during a joint press conference with Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Turkey fully supports territorial integrity, sovereignty, independence and political unity of Ukraine. We always emphasize this at the bilateral meetings and at the international level. I want to particularly stress once again that we will never recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea," he said.
The Minister also stressed that Turkey is responsible for "supporting the Crimean Tatars and defending their rights in Crimea."
