Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk has said this at the government's meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Today the government should urgently decide on the allocation of 865 million from the reserve fund to build the fortifications, which will help to save the lives of Ukrainian military and provide security throughout the border," the PM said.
