Special event ‘The end of the empire: how the peoples of Russia will exercise their right to self-determination after the victory of Ukraine"

Proof. The "Crimea" battalion is a Crimean Tatar volunteer reconnaissance battalion that has been participating in the Russian-Ukrainian war on the side of the Armed Forces since 2014. It is staffed mainly by representatives of the Crimean Tatars, as well as by Chechens and other representatives of the peoples of the North Caucasus.

The Citizens' Council, consisting of leaders of civil movements from Russian regions and national republics, unites with the "Russian Volunteer Corps", fighting as part of the Armed Forces, to fight politically and militarily against Russian aggression in Ukraine and Putin's regime in Russia.
