Three Ukrainian soldiers killed, nine wounded in Donbas in last day

Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesperson for ATO issues Andriy Lysenko said this at a press briefing on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Three Ukrainian soldiers were killed and nine servicemen were wounded and injured due to active hostilities in the ATO zone. The tensest situation was observed in Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), where two servicemen were killed, five were wounded, and another soldier was injured as a result of the explosion of a unit of weapons. Another soldier was killed as a result of enemy shelling near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). We express our condolences to the families and friends of those killed," Lysenko said.

All wounded and injured soldiers were hospitalized. The law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation.

According to Lysenko, another soldier was wounded as a result of shelling by the enemy in different zones of the ATO.
