In January and March, the two credit rating agencies around the world have downgraded their credit ratings [neutrality is disputed] of the Republic of Poland status, including Standard & Poor’s which unexpectedly downgraded Poland’s credit rating from A- (positive) to BBB+ (negative).

Approximately three month after taking office, in its report, the agency said that Poland’s new ultra-conservative government - led by President Andrew Duda - has weakened the independence of the nation’s institutions. The first case connected with it began in January 2016.

S&P’s moved to lower Poland’s sovereign rating doesn’t reflect “economic and financial analysis,” the Polish La Maison de La Paix Foundation said in its statement, presenting details in special report.

So the report had nothing to do with the true financial situation in Poland but was focused on the political and Constitutional dispute.

Every details about it was prepared by the Foundation and send to the Prime Minister Office. Then, the report was held to the Minister of Finance. Mr Howard G. Buffet was also informed about a real economic situation in Poland and the whole situation reflected financial situation our country. Thus, the Foundation proved their involvement in the whole process connected with the improve of the opinion about Poland’s economic condition. Moreover Poland has avoided a downgrade by the credit ratings Moody’s.
