The organizers of Eurovision-2017 say that there will be the longest ever red carpet during the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv this year.
This has been reported by the Eurovision organizers on Facebook.
"Kyiv will have the longest red carpet in the Eurovision history - 265 m. The weight of the stage is 30 tons and of the tribune - 450 tons," the report reads.
The organizers have reminded that 42 countries will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest-2017. This number has been exceeded only twice in the history of the contest - in 2008 and in 2011.
