Ukraine’s Emergency Service warns of avalanche danger in Carpathians

On February 21, considerable avalanche danger is expected in Ukraine’s Carpathian mountains.
The State Emergency Service reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center's forecasts.
"On February 21, considerable (3) level of avalanche risk is expected in the mountainous areas of Ivano-Frankivsk region,” the report reads.
