Ground frosts expected in Ukraine on Oct. 1

On Monday, October 1, ground frosts are expected throughout the territory Ukraine, except for southern regions.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
"On October 1, ground frosts of 0°C...-5°C are expected in Ukraine, except for southern regions," the report reads.
