Unknown substance released into atmosphere in occupied Crimea

Oily residues on the roofs of houses and leaves of trees are observed in the town of Armyansk, the Echo of Moscow reports.

An expert group of the Crimean "ecology ministry" was sent there.

The origin of substance has not yet been determined.
