No Ukrainians killed in bridge collapse in Genoa

There are no Ukrainian citizens among those killed as a result of bridge collapse in Genoa, Italy.

"The prefecture’s office of Genoa has reported that there are no Ukrainian citizens among those killed as a result of bridge collapse," the Consular Service Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine posted on Twitter.

Ukrinform also checks media information about the hospitalization of two Ukrainians.

On Tuesday, August 14, the motorway bridge collapsed in the northwest Italian city of Genoa, killing 39 people and badly injuring 16. Cars and trucks plummeted 45m on to rail tracks, buildings and a river along with slabs of concrete.
