Donetsk region to spend UAH 64 mln on emergency service - Zhebrivsky

Donetsk region will allocate UAH 64 million from the 2018 regional budget for the needs of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the region.
Head of Donetsk Military and Civil Regional Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky stated this in Kramatorsk at a meeting dedicated to the civil protection, the administration’s department on information and internal policy reports.
"Due to the state, which transfers significant financial resources, and due to regional funds, we replenish and renew the vehicle fleet of the State Emergency Service every six months, buy new equipment. This year the region allocates another UAH 64 million for the needs of the State Emergency Service. We are completing to develop the safety program, and since we are close to the contact line, we are the first to introduce new approaches and technologies," the governor said.
