Five villages in Luhansk region remain without electricity

As of Monday morning, five populated areas in Luhansk region have been left without electricity due to adverse weather conditions, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports.
“Bad weather conditions (wind gusts) caused blackouts in five populated areas in Luhansk region,” reads a report.
Emergency teams of Oblenergo have started to conduct needed repairs to resume electricity supply.
