Power supply in the frontline town of Marinka in Donetsk region has been completely restored. People were left without electricity due to the damage of power lines by militants during the shelling.
Head of the Donetsk Military and Civil Regional Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky wrote this on his Facebook page on Wednesday.
"The electricity supply in Marinka was completely restored. About 300 subscribers near the contact line who were left without electricity for almost two weeks, finally got electricity in their houses," the head of the region wrote.
He reminds that on February 5, the power lines and a transformer substation were damaged as a result of the shelling by militants of the outskirts of Marinka.
