The Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons informed this on Twitter.
"In Marinka [35 km south-west of Donetsk], about 300 subscribers near the contact line were left without electricity because of the damage to the distribution substation. The companies supplying electricity received a request to ensure a "silence" regime. This was agreed with the Ukrainian side. The OSCE has yet to agree on the request," the statement reads.
