Ukraine’s Emergency Service: 390 towns and villages still without electricity

As of Saturday morning, 390 populated areas in three Ukrainian regions still remain without electricity.

This is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"Bad weather conditions (snow, wind gusts) caused blackouts in 390 populated areas in three regions of Ukraine, particularly: 298 populated areas - in Odesa region, 76 – in Cherkasy region and 16 – in Chernihiv region,” the report reads.

In Cherkasy, the power supply of the pumping station was resumed.

Emergency teams of Oblenergo are involved into the restoration of the electricity supply.
