Avalanche risk still remains in Western Ukraine

An avalanche risk still remains in mountainous areas of Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Zakarpattia regions due to snowfalls.
The State Emergency Service reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center's forecasts.
“On January 20-21, a considerable (III) level of avalanche risk is expected in the Carpathian mountains due to snowstorms,” the report reads.
