Flight restrictions over Kalynivka extended until October 9

The flight restrictions over Kalynivka village in Vinnystia region have been extended until October 9. 

Ukrinform learnt this from the Ukrainian Airspace Management and Planning Centre.

"The radius of the ban is 5 km with the center in Kalynivka, the vertical boundaries are from the ground surface up to 4,250 m. The flight restrictions are set until 20:59 on October 9, 2017," the centre reports.

As reported, a fire broke out at the ammunition depots in Kalynivka, Vinnytsia region, on September 26, which subsequently led to artillery shells exploding. About 30,000 people were evacuated from the zone of possible danger.

 The Ukrainian Airspace Management and Planning Centre closed the airspace in the 50 km zone from the blazing epicenter at 23:45.
