State Emergency Service warns of expected rise in river level in Zakarpattia

The water levels in Zakarpattia rivers are expected to rise due to the expected precipitation on June 29-30.
This has been reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
"According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the water levels in Zakarpattia rivers are expected to rise by 0.2m-0.8m above the current level without negative consequences due to the expected precipitation on June 29-30," the statement reads.
According to the report, in case of heavy rain there is a risk of formation of mudflows in the mountainous areas.
