Emergency Service: 94 unexploded World War II explosives disposed in Vinnytsia region (photos)

Special teams of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have disposed 94 unexploded Second World War shells that were found not far from the village of Korolivka in Vinnytsia region, the State Emergency Service reports.

“On May 30, at 17.15 (local time), the explosive ordinance disposal teams of the State Emergency Situations Service in Vinnytsia region disposed one 152mm and 93 45mm shells remained from the Second World War,” reads the report

The explosives were discovered during the gathering of scrap metal items near the village of Korolivka on May 29.
