State Emergency Service: All evacuated residents returned to Balakliia

All earlier evacuated residents have returned to the city of Balakliia in Kharkiv region, where on March 23 a massive fire triggered expositions at the ammunition storage depot located near the city.
The State Emergency Service reported this on Monday evening.
“Energy supply of the city of Balakliia and surrounding villages has been resumed (electricity supply in the village of Yakovenkove is carried out via two power stations of the State Emergency Service). Gas supply in the city of Balakliia has been resumed by 50%. All evacuated people have been transported from temporary evacuation shelters,” the State Emergency Service reported.
