One civilian injured in attack on Avdiyivka

A 63-year old local resident has been injured as a result of attacks on the town of Avdiyivka in Donbas, the press service of the main department of Ukraine’s National Police in Donetsk region reports.
“A 63-year old man was injured on Metalurgiv Street. He’s got a shrapnel wound to the hip, a mine and explosive injury. The victim has been taken to a local hospital,” according to the police.
In addition, the police reported on damages: as a result of a direct hit by artillery shells on Turgenyevska Street, three buildings have been significantly damaged. Also, three buildings have been damaged on Metalurgiv Strees, and houses on Kolosova and Zavodska Streets.
