Voter turnout in Ukraine’s second round of mayoral elections was 29.53%, according to data provided by the Central Election Commission as of 20:00 on November 22, the Commission’s press service reports.
"According to reports from all territorial election commissions, which prepared and conducted the repeat voting in mayoral elections, the turnout was 29.53%," reads the report.
According to preliminary data, the highest voter turnout (39.23%) was recorded in Berdiansk.
In Lviv, voter turnout was 38.94%, in Sloviansk - 32.40%, in Rivne - 30.35%, in Drohobych - 30.21%, in Mykolaiv - 28.40%, in Uzhhorod - 27.94%, in Cherkasy - 26.02%, in Poltava - 25.52%, in Nikopol -24.20%.
The lowest voter turnout was recorded in Dnipro - 23.93%.
As Ukrinform reported, the second round of mayoral elections was held in 11 cities of Ukraine on Sunday, November 22.
