Voter turnout in Ukraine's local elections as of 16.00 is 27% – OPORA

The voter turnout in Ukraine's local elections as of 16:00 on October 25 was 27%, according to the head of the OPORA civil network, Olha Aivazovska.

“According to the OPORA civil network, the voter turnout across the country as of 16:00 was 27%. The margin of error is 0.84%,” Aivazovska wrote on her Facebook page.

At the same time, she added that the turnout in Ukraine's local elections in 2015 was 36.2%.

Earlier, the Central Election Commission released indicative data on the voter turnout in local elections as of 13:00.

According to the CEC, the highest voter turnout was recorded in Odesa region (excluding Odesa city) - 26%, and the lowest one was in Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions - 14%.

As reported, on October 25, 2020, local elections are held in Ukraine.
