Voter turnout in Kyiv as of 13:00 is 16% – Kyiv Election Commission

As of 13:00 on October 25, the voter turnout in local elections in Kyiv was 16%.

Deputy Chairman of Kyiv City Territorial Election Commission Mykola Nilov said this at a briefing on Sunday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"According to information from the district territorial election commissions in Kyiv, which collected data on the turnout, the voter turnout in the city of Kyiv as of 13:00 today was about 16%. Compared to the parliamentary elections in 2019, this is less. Then the turnout was more than 20%," he said.

According to Nilov, the lowest voter turnout was recorded in Solomiansky district - 14%. Voters were the most active in Obolonsky district - 17%.

As reported, as of 12:00 on October 25, 2020, the turnout in local elections was 13.5%.
