The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada wrote this on Twitter.

“As part of Mission Canada, Lloyd Axworthy and 128 short-term election observers recently arrived in Ukraine ahead of the parliamentary elections. Along with 50 long-term observers, they will support transparency and accountability in the democratic process in Ukraine,” the ministry wrote.

As reported, Canada sent about 150 observers for the first and second round of Ukraine's spring 2019 presidential elections.
