CEC registers over 2,300 parliamentary candidates running in single-member constituencies

On June 24, the Central Election Commission (CEC) registered 722 more parliamentary candidates running in single-member constituencies, the CEC wrote on its website.

In particular, 552 candidates have been nominated by political parties and 170 candidates are self-nominees.

Thus, 2,331 candidates for the Verkhovna Rada have been already registered in single-member constituencies, including 1,507 candidates running as self-nominees and 824 nominated by political parties.

As reported, Ukraine’s early parliamentary elections are scheduled for July 21.
