Over 133,000 law enforcers keeping public order during presidential elections

Over 133,000 law enforcers are on duty during the second round of the presidential elections in Ukraine.

"More than 133,000 law enforcers keep public order and safety during the elections, including almost 72,400 police officers, 7,500 members of the National Guard, almost 39,000 rescuers and more than 8,000 border guards. The law enforcers are on duty in squads, crime scene investigation teams and dialogue groups. Moreover, they enforce public order at the polling stations and are ready to solve arising problems," First Deputy Interior Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Yarovyi announced, the press service of the National Police reports.

At present, only one polling station – in Lebedynske village on the delimitation line in Donetsk region – has not opened yet, the deputy minister added.
