No systemic irregularities in Ukraine's presidential election - CEC

No systemic irregularities have been recorded during the voting in Ukraine's presidential election, Secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Natalia Bernatska has said.

"No systemic violations have been recorded during the voting. There are isolated cases but they are classical for any vote during any election campaign," she said.

Bernatska said there were cases when voters took photos of their ballot papers, people were transported to some polling places, but in general, she added, the election is being held in the "standard mode."

The presidential election is underway in Ukraine on March 31. There are 39 candidates in a ballot paper.
