CEC: Voter turnout as of 15:00 is 44.36 percent

As of 15:00, the voter turnout in the presidential elections in the territory of Ukraine was 44.36 percent.

The data of 46 electoral districts out of 199 districts was released by the press center of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine at 15:40, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The highest voter turnout has been recorded in Dnipropetrovsk region (48.52%), Zaporizhzhia region (48.35%), Poltava region (47.54%), Sumy region (47.26%), and Chernihiv region (47.01%).

The lowest voter turnout is in Zakarpattia region (24.77%) and Ivano-Frankivsk region (31.81%).

The voter turnout in Kyiv is 46.48%.

The presidential elections take place in Ukraine on March 31. Thirty-nine candidates are on a voting ballot.
