UAH 22 billion has already been allocated from the state budget for priority measures to implement resilience plans in the regions of Ukraine, with additional funding still being sought.

According to Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration and Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksii Kuleba said this at a meeting on the implementation of regional and city resilience plans.

Kuleba posted on Facebook that systematic preparations for the next heating season began as early as February. Since then, regions have developed resilience plans based on their specific needs, which were coordinated and approved at the level of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
