Emergency power outages have been implemented in Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as partially in Kirovohrad, Kyiv, and Cherkasy regions.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to the ministry’s updated information, due to the difficult situation in the power system caused by recent Russian attacks, emergency shutdowns have been introduced in those regions.

In Zaporizhzhia region, emergency outages currently affect only industrial consumers.

In Chernihiv region, the local distribution system operator has implemented three rounds of scheduled hourly outages.
