Zelensky: “Country is gas station importing gasoline” — on consequences of strikes on Russia
This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an evening video address, Ukrinform reports.
“Today there were reports about our entirely justified strikes on Russian targets – their logistics and fuel complex. I am grateful to our soldiers for their accuracy. Russia has chosen war, Russia is destroying the lives of our people and must be held accountable for this – our long-range capabilities will increase,” he said.
The head of state emphasized that Russia imports gasoline from Asia, particularly China, and from Europe, particularly Belarus.
According to him, this is one of the results of Putin's war — “the country-gas station does not sell gasoline, but imports it.”
“These are the correct results of the Security Service of Ukraine, our Armed Forces of Ukraine, our intelligence, and our Ukrainian weapons manufacturers,” he stressed.
As reported by Ukrinform, the SSU's long-range strike drones once again hit a target 1,400 km away — this time in a town with the telling name of Orsk.
