The Ukrainian Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has enforced a court ruling on the special confiscation of more than UAH 2.8 billion in assets of Russia’s PIN-UP online casino.

The relevant statement was made by the ARMA’s press service, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“A total of UAH 2.0 billion worth of securities was transferred to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry to early repay and reduce the public debt. Additionally, the state budget received UAH 825 million, including UAH 217 million in revenues generated during the management of the seized assets,” the report states.

With the joint efforts of the ARMA and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), the assets seized in 2024 were not only preserved but worked to support Ukraine’s economy and Defense Forces.

Overall, since early 2025, the ARMA has already transferred UAH 6.8 billion in proceeds from the management of seized assets to Ukraine’s state budget.

A reminder that, recently, the Ukrainian Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) had transferred more than USD 3.5 million in assets of the sanctioned entity, Royal Pay Europe, to Ukraine’s state budget.
