About 4,000 property items transferred by enforcement agencies are kept in warehouses and sites across 22 branches of State-Owned Enterprise System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM).

The relevant statement was made by SETAM CEO Roman Osadchuk in a commentary to Ukrinform.

“Currently, we have about 4,000 property items transferred for storage purposes, including 1,400 transport vehicles. The rest is the assets that are kept in warehouses and are movable,” Osadchuk told.

As explained by Osadchuk, the enterprise ensures the storage of property transferred by enforcement agencies in the warehouses and sites of 22 branches across Ukraine.

As for the total value of all property items in storage, it cannot be disclosed at the moment, as they are yet to be fully evaluated.

According to Osadchuk, the average property storage period, from the moment of its transfer to sale, does not exceed three months.

“Everything depends on the efficiency of the enforcement agency, whether it is the state enforcement service or a private enforcement agent, and on the business entity that is designated by the state enforcement agent’s resolution for assessment. But, on average, I can say that large objects, such as real estate, which require more time to determine their market value, are with us within one to three months. If it is a vehicle or some small movable property, it is up to one calendar month,” Osadchuk added.

A reminder that, since 2015, State-Owned Enterprise System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM) had sold almost 90,000 lots through online auctions, totaling UAH 27.7 billion. In the first half of 2025, SETAM sold more than UAH 1.15 billion worth of assets.
