As reported earlier, in August 2023, Ukraine launched temporary corridors for the merchant vessels to navigate from Ukrainian ports. At the same time, the Russian Federation continues to attack Ukraine’s port infrastructure, launching drones and missiles to destroy it. On November 9, Oleksandr Kubrakov, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister for Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, stated that the vessels continue to navigate to and from the ports of Odesa region along the Ukrainian corridor.
