Horses have been removed from the list of Ukrainian agricultural products banned from importation into Poland, which was updated on on April 21.

This was announced  by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland Robert Telus during a press conference in Warsaw, Ukrinform reports.

"From what I know, horses have been removed from the list. The rest has remained unchanged," Telus said, answering the question whether, compared to April 15, any changes have been made to the order of the Ministry of Development and Technology of the Republic of Poland published on April 21 with a list of agricultural products banned for import from Ukraine.

As you know, the orders of the Ministry of Development and Technology of the Republic of Poland dated April 15 and later on April 21 defined a wide list of Ukrainian products that are prohibited from being imported to the Polish market. In particular, these are grains, sugar, meat, fruits, vegetables, seeds, processed fruit and vegetable products, wines, dairy products, eggs, honey, etc.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, starting at midnight on April 21, Poland unblocked the movement of Ukrainian agricultural products in transit through the country to other EU countries and Polish seaports. In particular, in the morning, the first convoy of five trucks with corn, meat, and eggs left the Dorohusk checkpoint for the Netherlands.
