Over UAH 40B spent on social payments for March – Ukraine's Pension Fund

Ukraine's Pension Fund has spent UAH 40.5 billion on social payments this month, including UAH 33.6 billion on pensions.
The Fund's press service said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.
According to the report, as of March 15, UAH 33.6 billion was allocated for pension payments, including UAH 7.8 billion for the payment of pensions through the state postal operator Ukrposhta and UAH 25.8 billion through authorized banks.
In addition, the provision of housing subsidies and benefits worth UAH 5.3 billion was financed in March.
The Pension Fund also spent UAH 1.6 billion on insurance payments, including UAH 734.4 million on sick leave pay.
