Lithuanian foreign minister Landsbergis, colleagues from other European countries visit Kyiv
That's according to the press service of Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis, Ukrinform reports.
"Our first meetings in Kyiv - with the CEO of Ukrenergo and Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine - is a clear signal of what Ukrainian priorities are at the moment. I do hope that the countries who are still undecided about the necessity of the Special Tribunal for investigating the crime of aggression, will take Ukrainian request into consideration," Landsbergis said.
The CEO of Ukrenergo noted that Ukraine needs not only weapons but also electricity generators and transformers.
"It seems that we all will face a tough winter. However, the winter for Ukrainians with constant bomb rains, irregular power and water supplies, will be much tougher. Lithuania was the first to supply power generators and transformers to Ukraine but the country needs much more," Lithuania's top diplomat added.
